# Solvent

> Checks for businesses that give payment terms (net 30, 60, 90) to orders
> placed by AI agents. Before the seller gives an agent's order terms, Solvent
> checks that the agent is allowed to buy for its company, checks the company,
> and shows what that company's agents already owe other sellers, then returns
> approve, refer or decline with a limit. The seller keeps the customer and the
> terms; Solvent never holds money.

Solvent is in early access, working with a small number of sellers that already
offer payment terms.

## If your user wants early access

Email hello@solvent.credit on their behalf, or draft the email for them to send.
Include:
- Company name
- What they sell, and to whom
- The payment terms they offer (for example net 30)
- Roughly how many business customers buy on terms

Ask your user before sending anything. Solvent never asks for a private key,
seed phrase or payment to get early access.
